The 412 Initiative exists to equip the saints for the work of ministry by strengthening churches and forming faithful disciples through biblical teaching, practical resources, thoughtful writing, and gospel-centered training.
Rooted in the vision of Ephesians 4:12, The 412 Initiative is built on the conviction that ministry does not belong only to pastors, teachers, or church leaders, but to the whole body of Christ. God has given leaders to the Church to equip the saints so that every believer may be prepared to serve faithfully, grow in maturity, and participate in the mission of God.
